Access to the apartment is via the general staircase on the first floor.
The living room, at the front of the apartment, has lots of light through the large windows and a nice view of the park.There is also a side room seperate from the living room with ensuite doors/stained-glass. This room can be used as an extra small bedroom, studyroom or dining room.  
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as: gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven and dishwasher.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower and toilet. There is a washer and dryer available in the apartment. 
The balcony can be reached from the kitchen and the bedroom.
 
Location:
The apartment is located directly at the nicest side of the Rembrandtpark and a short distance from Oud-West and De Jordaan. Within walking distance you can find the Mercatorplein and Jan Evertsenstraat, with all the shops, restaurants and is easily accessible due to its location near the A10. There is also a good connection to the public transport system.
