- Based on the specific wishes of your employees we seek best available residential properties that meet the needs of the employee.
- Together with your staff, we will do the “housing tour” and visit the selected properties.
- After the tour, short review of the best options and making sure employee`s chosen apartment is a solid decision before we start all negotiations on the lease.
- We screen the contracts and answer any questions in regards to the lease agreement
- After you’ve moved in we will continue to provide assistance if necessary
